I am a chef, heirloom sourdough baker, herbalist, and permaculture/biodynamic farmer. I am fascinated by the philosophies of nature, the art therein, the seen and the unseen, the ancient and oft forgotten world, the mythology of where we came from and the cosmologies also oft alternative to the zeitgeist of our age. I am a perpetually optimistic person, solution oriented, and always a go with the flow kinda guy. Life is auspicious to me so I seek for the bread crumbs that lead one along their path. Hero’s journey and I am fascinated by my own, as it leads me to intend and aspire to world travel, to plant trees and seeds of change, to regrow the ancient forests, to live a peaceful and abundant life of gifts and glories received & given. I look forward to a life long lived, with true family and tribe, with children, and with a legacy the 9 noble virtues would appreciate.
Not all who wander are lost, and I relate with this intrinsically, as I take ever more time to appreciate the natural cycles of life, I look inward to the horizon of what the great work affords.
