Podcasts like som of Joe Rogan interviews before but now i think London real is better and more truthfull after i have found them.Have grown up on a small farm, so like cows and nature. Not a vegetarian but like animals to be treated good. Like people with depth, humor and a mind of their own.

Intersted in health have infrared sauna, with more radiation i have started with ionized water and think about more ionized air also have himalayan saltlamps but think abot ways to add to that.
