This question keeps popping up:
Are Rh(D) negative individuals resistant to the new coronavirus?
The answer as of now:
There is no data available at this time showing any blood type related frequencies among those infected with the coronavirus.
As for other infections of viral origin, the following has previously been shown:
RhD negative subjects have increased the risk of developing of certain heart diseases, respiratory diseases and some immunity and autoimmunity related diseases, for example rheumatoid arthritis. The general pattern suggests that RhD negative subjects could have problems with autoimmunity, could be more resistant to infections of viral origin and could be less resistant to infections of bacterial origin.

So far, we have a few infectious diseases to go by:
Chikungunya
Resistance has been shown and immunity is possible.
HIV
No immunity, but some resistance indicated.
Flu
High resistance to it indicated.
Ebola
Small study available shows lack of Rh(D) negative individuals among victims.
